Update:

on the terrible fall down the stairs bruise.
i seem to like updateing things these days.
anyways.
haley said the bruise was much worse today, so i will show you the pictures.
she also said that the pictures don't do it justice.
so maybe i shouldn't show you the pictures.....

i will just show you them. whatever.
